Differentiating between pain associated with breast cancer bone metastasis and pain attributable to other causes can be difficult. Symptoms of bone metastases may include:
Sudden-onset severe pain
Fractures
Pain in the neck and/or back
Numbness or weakness
Difficulty passing urine
Constipation
Fatigue
Nausea
Loss of appetite/dehydration
High calcium levels in the blood caused by bone breakdown
