#3 Clinical Trend: Dengue Treatment

Any time a vaccine is developed that may ease disease burden, it catches physician interest. A new tetravalent dengue vaccine is under investigation in three clinical trials that include more than 35,000 children aged 2-16 years. Considering that dengue is the most common arthropod-borne viral illness in humans, this potential vaccine is welcome news.
